After placing the order
We will send you a confirmation email mentioning your order number and details of the products ordered.
All orders will be accepted by PICCOLA OLA except as provided by these Terms and Conditions (eg unavailability of a product, payment problems).

PICCOLAOLA however reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order, or for any
other legitimate reason in particular taking into consideration any unusual nature of the order.
If some products from our online shop are not available, display an incorrect price or if the descriptions are incorrect, we will not be in
the obligation to sell you. We will inform you in case of unavailability of the ordered products.
Although we endeavor to recreate the best product colors in the online shop, we can not guarantee that their real appearance matches
exactly to their appearance on the screen.

All prices on this website are stated in Euros. They are expressed VAT, excluding shipping costs.

DELIVERY, PROPERTY RIGHTS AND RISKS
Orders will be delivered to the delivery address that you provided on the order form, and at your expense. We will not be held responsible if that address is incorrect.
Please note that we do not do delivery to PO Boxes. Delivery of products purchased from our online shop may be subject to territorial restrictions. We will provide you the list of zones available on request.
Your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 days working in Poland
The period is 7 to 10 business days by international zone 1, 2 and 3.
In case we have not been able to deliver your order within the time aforesaid
Your sole remedy against us is your right to cancel the order in question and be fully reimbursed for the amount you have paid us for that order.
The transfer of ownership of products is made on the date of delivery of the Products to the address you provided.
Once you have received the product, you bear all risks of damage or loss of product.
Finding an abnormality
In the presence of an apparent anomaly of the package (damaged, opened, traces of liquid, etc …), the buyer or recipient of the products ordered is not to open the package but is invited to bring it back non-opened in a within five working days in a post office and establish there a “damage report”.

You will need to contact prior firstname.lastname@example.org to agree a time slot for the withdrawal of your purchases.
If, despite all our efforts to satisfy you, you were not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 15 days from the date from receipt to return the ordered products for exchange or refund.
The return costs are your responsibility.
Incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty articles will not be refunded. Similarly, returned items must carry their original label still attached.
It is necessary to place the item in its original packaging, accompanied by the completed return form and a copy of the sales invoice.
Your refund will take place within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of your return.
In case of partial repayment of an order, we do not refund shipping charges.
Any non-received order must be declared by the customer within a maximum period of 15 working days starting after the maximum delivery time.
Upon receipt of the mail stating order was not received Piccola Ola will conduct an investigation with the carrier concerned.

If you want to get a different product, or if you want to get the same product in a tissue / a different size (s) of the one you have purchased, you need to place a new order and return the product that does not give you satisfaction.
